Wearing Many Hats
From Paper Hats to Hard Hats
I have worn many hats in my emergence as learner, teacher, leader, and mentor.
As a learner, I have opened my creativity by taking risks and learning new skills;
As a teacher and facilitator, I have opened the gateway, blurring the lines of teacher and learner for co-constructing our learning together;
As a leader I have opened my "knowing self well" and who that is each time I share my leadership for transformation of self and others; and
As a Mentor and Coach I stay present and open to the possibility of growth and innovation that occurs with both of us in the mentoring process.
